-Summary of the kiln-
Mobile tunnel kiln, also known as ring tunnel kiln, referred to as ring kiln;
Tunnel kiln is divided into pre-tropical zone, firing zone and cooling zone along the length direction of the kiln.
The most prominent feature of “mobile tunnel kiln” is that the brick does not move and the kiln body moves.
The front end “takes in” the brick, the back end “takes out” the finished brick, and the whole process is completed successively: the blank code → drying → preheating → roasting → heat preservation → cooling → brick-making.
Case of ring kiln: 120m diameter ring kiln, 34m pre-tropical + 56m firing zone + 66m cooling zone
– Insulated ring furnace –
High temperature ceramic fiber insulation :(firing belt)
Temperature range: 950℃-1150℃ (usually not up to 1150℃);
Insulation thickness: 300mm module (reinforced sealing by compensation blanket) +30/50mm tile blanket + 3mm surface curing agent;
Material selection: furnace top high aluminum module + standard fiber blanket, wall high aluminum module + standard fiber blanket.
Anchorage: S304 diamond anchorage
Low temperature zone ceramic fiber insulation :(pre-tropics and cooling belt)
Temperature range: 300℃-950℃;
Insulation thickness: 250mm module (reinforced sealing by compensation blanket) + 30/50mm tile blanket + 3mm surface curing agent;
Material selection: standard roof module + standard fiber blanket, standard wall module + common fiber blanket.
Anchorage: S304 diamond anchorage
Flue ceramic fiber insulation :(moisture drainage, waste heat utilization)
Temperature range: 100℃-300℃;
Insulation thickness: 100mm ceramic fiber blanket + wire mesh + linoleum paper + glass fiber cloth + asphalt paint;
Material selection: ordinary fiber blanket + medium alkali glass fiber cloth.

Ceramic fiber lining surface curing treatment: the module surface is coated with RDGW hot shield ceramic fiber surface curing agent at high temperature, which can resist water vapor and high wind speed, and significantly extend the service life of kiln fiber lining.
